CM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: The central and state governments are continuously running schemes to strengthen the economic condition of farmers. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, eligible farmers across the country receive ₹6000 annually, while the Rajasthan government has added another significant support.

What is the CM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana

The CM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a flagship scheme of the Rajasthan government, implemented in the state from June 30, 2024. In the 2024-25 budget, the government announced that:
- In addition to the ₹6000 from PM Kisan,
- the state government will provide an additional ₹3000 annually.
Under this scheme, the amount is transferred directly to the bank accounts of eligible farmers through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
So far, under this scheme:
- An amount of ₹1355.14 crore
- has been transferred to farmers in three installments.
When did 74 lakh farmers in Rajasthan receive ₹1000?
The state government released the fourth installment of the scheme on October 18, 2025. In this installment:
- Approximately 74 lakh farmers in Rajasthan
- Received ₹1000 per farmer
- directly transferred to their bank accounts.

Camps are being organised for the CM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana
The Rajasthan government is organising Kisan Registry camps for the convenience of farmers. These camps are being held:
- By the Agriculture Department and the Revenue Department
- From February 5 to March 31, 2025
- For 3 days at every Gram Panchayat headquarters
- From 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

The benefits of the scheme will be given only to those farmers:
- Who owned agricultural land before 01.02.2019
- Or who inherited land after that date
- And who are cultivating or engaged in farming-related activities on the land
Which farmers are ineligible for this scheme?
The following farmers cannot avail the benefits of this scheme:
- Institutional landholders
- Central/State government employees and pensioners
- Retired employees receiving a pension of ₹10,000 or more
- Farmers who pay income tax
Professionals such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, and chartered accountants

Farmers can apply:
- Online through the PM Kisan portal
- Or by visiting the nearest CSC/e-Mitra center
- If an online application is not possible, the e-Mitra centre is the easiest option for farmers.

- 12-digit Farmer Registry ID
- DBT-enabled bank account
